These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sajilo Venture Nepal — the venture discovery platform operated by Savantrexs and accessible at svnepal.com (“the Platform”). By accessing or using SVNEPAL in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Savantrexs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. About the Platform

Sajilo Venture Nepal (SVNEPAL) is a venture discovery and connection platform. It allows Nepal-based founders to list their ventures and allows investors and ecosystem supporters to discover and connect with those ventures.

SVNEPAL is a discovery and connection platform only. We do not facilitate, broker, arrange, or participate in any investment transactions. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any investment decisions made by users of the platform are entirely their own responsibility.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a venture, browsing the platform, or using any feature of SVNEPAL, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization

3. Founder Responsibilities

If you use SVNEPAL as a founder to list a venture, you agree to the following:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit in your venture listing. By submitting a venture, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading
• You have the authority to represent the venture on this platform
• Your venture is legitimately operating or actively being developed
• You will update your listing if any material information changes

3.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not list a venture that:

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresents the nature of the business
• Engages in illegal activities under the laws of Nepal
• Promotes harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party

3.3 Review and Approval

All venture submissions are subject to review and approval by the SVNEPAL team. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or unpublish any listing at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3.4 No Guarantee of Connections or Investment

Listing your venture on SVNEPAL does not guarantee any investor interest, connection requests, introductions, or investment. We make no representations or warranties regarding outcomes for listed ventures.

4. Investor Responsibilities

If you use SVNEPAL as an investor or ecosystem supporter, you agree to the following:

4.1 Independent Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any investment decision. SVNEPAL does not verify the financial performance, legal standing, or investment readiness of any listed venture beyond basic submission review. Do not rely solely on information presented on this platform when making investment decisions.

4.2 Professional Conduct

You agree to use the connection request system professionally and in good faith. You may not use SVNEPAL to:

• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant messages to founders
• Misrepresent your identity, investment capacity, or intentions
• Collect founder or venture data for purposes outside legitimate investment activity
• Harass, intimidate, or pressure any founder on the platform

4.3 No Guarantee of Opportunity Quality

While SVNEPAL reviews all listings before publishing, we do not guarantee the quality, viability, or investment potential of any venture listed on the platform. All investment decisions are made at the investor's own risk.

5. No Investment Advice

Nothing on SVNEPAL constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. SVNEPAL is an information and connection platform only. We strongly recommend that both founders and investors seek independent professional advice before entering into any investment arrangement.

Savantrexs and Sajilo Venture Nepal are not registered financial advisors, brokers, or investment intermediaries under any applicable law. We accept no liability for any investment decision made based on information found on this platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Ownership

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials on SVNEPAL — excluding user-submitted content — are the intellectual property of Savantrexs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting a venture listing or any other content to SVNEPAL, you grant Savantrexs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely liable for any claims arising from content you submit.

7. Account Termination

Savantrexs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Abusive, harmful, or unprofessional conduct toward other users
• Any activity that compromises the integrity or reputation of SVNEPAL
• Any activity that violates applicable laws of Nepal

Users may also delete their own account at any time by contacting us at svnepal@savantrexs.com. Upon account deletion, your venture listings may also be removed from the platform.

8. Newsletter

By subscribing to the SVNEPAL newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic email communications about the platform, new ventures, ecosystem updates, and related news.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting svnepal@savantrexs.com. We will not use your email address for any purpose other than sending the newsletter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savantrexs and Sajilo Venture Nepal shall not be liable for:

• Any investment loss, financial damage, or economic harm arising from use of the platform
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any venture listing or user-submitted content
• Any failed connection, missed opportunity, or unsuccessful transaction between users
• Any interruption, downtime, or technical failure of the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or loss of your account data
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Your use of SVNEPAL is entirely at your own risk. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savantrexs, Sajilo Venture Nepal, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit to the platform
• Any dispute between you and another user of the platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SVNEPAL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.

12. Changes to These Terms

Savantrexs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of SVNEPAL after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
