When a founder lists a venture, the venture profile — including business name, description, sector, stage, and team information — is visible to registered investors and public visitors on SVNEPAL. Founders are responsible for the information they choose to include in their venture listing.

When an investor sends a connection request, their name and request type are shared with the relevant founder.

3.2 With Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform — including hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.3 For Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of SVNEPAL, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfer
